Welcome to QuiteEven

QuiteEven helps a group keep its player list, events, replies, balanced teams, and competition results in one place. This guide starts with the jobs a team administrator performs, then explains what members see and do.

Who can do what?

• An owner is the person who created the team. Owners have full team access and cannot be removed from the member list.
• An admin can manage members, events, attendance, team settings, imports, and competitions.
• A member can see the team, review events, manage their own RSVPs, and use the member features available to the team's plan.
• An unclaimed player profile is a roster entry that is not yet connected to a QuiteEven account. It can still receive an invitation and RSVP through its private link.

Important: A team role is different from a player's preferred position. “Admin” controls access. “Forward,” “Doubles,” or “Player” describes how the person plays and how teams are balanced.

Find your way around

After choosing a team from the team selector, use the main navigation:

• Dashboard shows the team summary and upcoming events.
• Members contains the roster, roles, positions, records, and ratings.
• Events opens the monthly calendar and each event's attendance and teams.
• Posts contains team announcements, discussions, and polls when available.
• Team settings is shown to owners and admins.
• My RSVPs collects a signed-in member's responses across all their teams.
• User settings contains account preferences and the personal calendar feed.

If you belong to more than one team, use the team selector near the QuiteEven name to switch the active team on this device.

The four ideas to know

1. The member list is the roster. A member can exist before they create an account, so an administrator can prepare the whole team first.
2. Ratings are relative. They help QuiteEven make fair teams. A member can have different ratings for different positions or match formats.
3. Each event has its own RSVP list. Members choose Attending, Maybe, or Declined. Capacity and guests can place an RSVP on a waitlist.
4. A competition uses confirmed attendance. Administrators review the available players before generating teams and recording play.
