Member quick start

You can reply to a QuiteEven event directly from its invitation. Creating an account is optional for the first response, but linking your player profile makes future events easier to find.

Who can do this? Anyone with their own valid RSVP link. Signed-in members can also manage linked invitations across their teams.

Respond from an invitation

  1. Open the RSVP link in the invitation email.
  2. Check the event name, date, time, location, and current responses.
  3. Choose Attending, Maybe, or Declined. Your choice is saved immediately.
  4. If you chose Attending or Maybe, optionally add guests and a note, then choose Update Details.

You can return through the same link and change your response later.

Warning: The link belongs to one player profile. Do not forward it or use another member's link.

If the event is managed in Spond, QuiteEven shows the synced response but asks you to make changes in Spond.

Claim your player profile

Claiming connects the roster entry created by the team admin to your account.

  1. On the RSVP page, find Is this your player profile?
  2. Choose Sign in and claim or Create account.
  3. After signing in, confirm Claim profile if prompted.
  4. Look for Player profile linked on the RSVP page.

A profile can be claimed only once, and one account can be linked to only one player in the same team. If it is already connected to someone else, ask a team administrator for help. A profile may already be linked automatically when its email matches an existing QuiteEven account.

Find and update your RSVPs

  1. Sign in and open My RSVPs in the main navigation.
  2. Review invitations from all linked teams, including their event time, response time, and current status.
  3. Choose Open RSVP to change a response, guests, or note.

The team event page also shows attendance and, after they are generated, the competition teams.

Add guests and understand the waitlist

  1. Choose Attending or Maybe.
  2. Select Add Guest for each guest.
  3. Enter a name and choose a position, or choose Any when the position is not known.
  4. Choose Update Details.

Only an Attending response counts the member and their guests toward capacity. If the event is full, your status can change to Waitlisted or Guest waitlisted. The RSVP page shows your current queue position. Check the same link again to see whether a place has opened.

Read RSVPs, guests, and waitlists for the full priority rules.

Put events in your calendar

  • On an event page, use Add to calendar to download an .ics file or open Google Calendar when that team feature is available.
  • In User settings, use Subscribe to calendar for a live personal feed, or Add to Google Calendar to subscribe there.

The personal feed includes linked RSVPs except events you have declined. A subscription can reflect later event and RSVP changes; a one-event download is a snapshot for that calendar entry.

See Personal account and calendar settings for setup and privacy guidance.

What happens next?

Your administrator uses confirmed attendance to generate balanced teams. Keep your response, guest list, and preferred positions current so the event roster is accurate.
