Privacy Policy
QuiteEven helps recreational sports groups manage accounts, teams, events, attendance, team generation, posts, comments, integrations, and subscription status. This policy explains the data collected by the web and mobile apps and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, password credential metadata, OAuth provider identifiers, and session tokens.
- Team and organization data such as memberships, roles, invitations, preferences, event RSVPs, attendance, competition results, posts, and comments.
- Device and app data needed for the mobile app, including notification installation identifiers, push tokens when notifications are enabled, app version, and basic diagnostics.
- Operational logs used to keep the service secure, available, and supportable.
How we use information
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, and support password reset or OAuth sign-in.
- To run team workflows including roster management, event scheduling, attendance, team generation, competition tracking, posts, comments, and notifications.
- To provide support, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- To administer subscriptions and billing status when an organization uses paid features.
Third-party processors
- OAuth providers such as Google and Facebook are used only when you choose those sign-in methods.
- Expo platform services support mobile capabilities such as secure token storage, browser-based OAuth, deep links, and push notifications.
- Database, hosting, logging, email, and payment providers process data only to deliver the QuiteEven service.
Retention and deletion
- We keep account and team data while your account or organization is active, and retain limited records when needed for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes.
- You can request account or data deletion through account support. Deletion may remove personal identifiers while preserving team history that other members still need.
- Session tokens and temporary authentication records expire or are revoked when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can update account details, notification settings, team membership, and connected sign-in providers from the app where those features are available. You can also contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data.
